Hi, I'm Ksenia.
For nearly 20 years, I've managed projects and led creative teams. I've worked with small businesses and international corporations on websites, brands, and strategy; with startups preparing to raise capital; and with entrepreneurs, individuals, and political figures building their visibility and personal or company brands.
My path has taken me through journalism, sales, PR, media, branding, and IT. Through Bird of Paradise Digital and other ventures, I've held the vision while managing the details and people needed to bring it to life. I've also served in community leadership and created Intentions, an app devoted to living with greater awareness.
I know the experience of carrying several meaningful commitments at once and having to choose what truly deserves my energy. That history helps me understand the questions you may be living with.
